Money Education
Kingdom Resources runs small informal groups across the city, in conjunction with other community organisations. It’s a great place to talk together and learn some tricks to manage money and improve your budget skills for you and your whanau. Don’t worry, you won’t need to share your own financial details.
Sessions often are:
- Money and Kai
- Cook ‘n’ Save
You will also have an opportunity to have an individual chat with a Kingdom Resources Financial Mentor.
Budgeting Education
At Kingdom Resources, we understand that creating and sticking to a budget can be challenging, especially with a high cost of living and when unexpected expenses arise. That’s why we offer a range of free money and budgeting seminars and courses to help you develop a comprehensive Personal Spending Plan.
Our experts will guide you through the process of creating a spending plan that’s tailored to your unique financial situation. You’ll learn how to track your income and expenses, prioritise your spending, and avoid a “cash crisis”.

- Cutting costs
- Meal preparation
- Consumer rights
- Goal setting
