“Taking the First Step” Great Impact

Does Kingdom Resources “Taking the First Step” confidence building and pre-employment course really work? A resounding ‘yes’ say attendees! The blue line in the above photo highlights that at the beginning of the programme most women reported that their confidence was low, with most reporting under 2 out of 10. At the end of the course, the red line shows that the majority of attendees reported that their confidence level was over 8 out of 10! It’s a real privilege to see the change in confidence in attendees as the course progresses.
