The Board of Kingdom Resources is pleased to announce that David Baines has been appointed as the new Chief Executive for Kingdom Resources.
David is experienced in leading businesses, developing teams, implementing strategy and financial management. His most recent role was as the Chief Executive of NZ Pork, an organisation which represents the pork industry in New Zealand. He has also been extensively involved in local church and not for profits leadership. David is excited to join the Kingdom Resources team and use his skills and experience in an organisation focussed on bringing new skills, support, and hope to those who access its services.
Alastair Tennant, Chair of Kingdom Resources says that the appointment of David as CE provides a timely opportunity for the organisation to refresh and renew its focus to deliver much needed practical life skills to a community in need.
As the impact of Covid and economic pressures are being felt financially in our community, Kingdom Resources is motivated to assist the increasing number of families and individuals who need practical support. Each year Kingdom Resources helps around 2000 Cantabrians (adults and their children) to build a more financially sustainable future.
